The following services are the core services we offer our members on their ordered services, there is no small or big service for HEIR Group. Services from HEIR Group are free for our members, with no hidden costs.
Negotiation and Quote Analysis
If our member is unable to negotiate a price with the service provider for themselves, we have a team of well trained negotiators that will do the negotiation with the service provider based on the member's budget for a particular service. If the member negotiated for themselves, we will just make sure the service provider did not overquote the member, we will use current market rates for that specific service in that specific area to determine if the quote is justified.
Linking Members With Our Network of Service Providers
In the events where our member wants to start a project but does not have a service provider, HEIR Group will link the member with one of the service providers in its network. The service provider will be chosen strictly according to the member's project specification.
Legal and Advocacy
After the member and service provider have agreed to the client specification and pricing, our team will draft a contract binding the service provider to the service promised, along with the HEIR Code of Conduct for the service provider to be professional and ethical throuout the project. Should there be any disputes, our team will re-visit the contract and compare the nature of the dispute to the agreement of the contract, then make a judgement. Service providers who bridge the agreement will be replaced with another service provider with no cost implications from our member.
Project/Service Managing
We manage services ordered by our members for the entire project.We supervise the work done and make sure the project objectives are achieved given the nature of the service, the time frame, and the budget.
Inspection
Depending on the service ordered by our member, this service is to evaluate the quality of the work done by the service providers. If needed, measurements and tests will be conducted to make sure the service rendered is up to standard and aligns with initial client specification.
